| नोट :- आवेदक द्वारा ई0 आवेदन - पत्र में अंकित विवरण की सत्यता के सम्बन्ध में 10.00 रूपये के नान जूडिसिएल स्टाम्प पर नोटरी द्वारा प्रमाणित शपथ- पत्र चयन समिति को साक्षात्कार के समय मण्डलीय चयन समिति के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया जायेगा, जिसका प्रारूप-2 संलग्न है। | ||||||||||||||
| (क) | टी0जी0टी0 के पद पर चयन/ नियुक्ति हेतु आवेदकों की शार्टलिस्टिंग साक्षात्कार हेतु गुणवत्ता अंक के आधार पर तैयार किया जायेगा। एक पद के प्रति सात आवेदकों को साक्षात्कार में बुलाया जायेगा। गुणवत्ता अंक निम्नवत होगा:- | |||||||||||||

| (ख) | टी0जी0टी0 संगीत और आर्ट एण्ड क्राफ्ट पद पर चयन/ निुयक्ति हेतु आवेदकों की शार्टलिस्टिंग साक्षात्कार हेतु गुणवत्ता अंक के आधार पर तैयार किया जायेगा। एक पद के प्रति सात आवेदकों को साक्षात्कार में बुलाया जायेगा। गुणवत्ता के अंक निम्नवत होगा:- | |||||||||||||

| (ग) | गुणवत्ता अंक पर आधारित सूची के आवेदकों को साक्षात्कार हेतु मण्डल स्तर पर गठित चयन समिति के समक्ष प्रस्तुत होना होगा। | |||||||||||||
| (1) | गुणवत्ता अंक समान होने पर उसी गुणवत्ता अंक के सभी आवेदकों को साक्षात्कार में बुलाया जाएगा भले ही उनकी संख्या 1 पद के विरूद्ध 7 से अधिक हो। | |||||||||||||
| (2) | गुणवत्ता अंक के आगणन में प्रत्येक परीक्षा के प्रतिशत को दशमलव के दो अंको में पूर्णांकित किया जाएगा। | |||||||||||||
| (3) | टी0जी0टी0 हेतु साक्षात्कार में 12 अंक होगें। टी0जी0टी0 संगीत और आर्ट एण्ड क्राफ्ट हेतु साक्षात्कार में 08 अंक होगें। (टी0जी0टी0 संगीत और आर्ट एण्ड क्राफ्ट में प्रशिक्षण योग्यता अनिवार्य न होने के कारण साक्षात्कार अंक 8 प्रस्तावित है). | |||||||||||||
| (4) | अन्तिम चयन गुणवत्ता अंक और साक्षात्कार में प्राप्त अंको को जोड़कर किया जाएगा तथा मेरिट सूची बनाई जाएगी। मेरिट बनाते समय समान अंक होने पर अधिक आयु के आवेदक को वरीयता प्रदान की जाएगी। इस प्रकार जोड़े गये अंक तथा आयु दोनों समान होने पर आवेदक का चयन अंग्रेजी वर्णमाला के क्रम में रखा जाएगा। | |||||||||||||
| (5) | साक्षात्कार के समय ई-आवेदन पत्र में उल्लिखित शैक्षिक योग्यता और अन्य समस्त मूल अभिलेखों की जांच सम्बन्धित रीजनल डिप्टी कमिशनर द्वारा सुनिश्चित की जायेगी। | |||||||||||||
| (6) | तत्पश्चात् रीजनल डिप्टी कमिश्नर, सम्बन्धित मण्डल के कार्यालय नोटिस बोर्ड पर अर्ह एवं पात्र आवेदकों की स्कूलवार नियुक्ति सूची चस्पा/ प्रदर्शित की जायेगी। | |||||||||||||
| (7) | चयनित विकलांग आवेदकों को मेडिकल बोर्ड गठित कराकर चिकित्सीय परीक्षण के पश्चात टी0जी0टी0 के पद पर नियुक्ति पत्र निर्गत किया जायेगा। अन्य आवेदकों का जिला चिकित्सालय में चिकित्सीय परीक्षण के पश्चात टी0जी0टी0 के पद पर कार्यभार ग्रहण कराया जायेगा। | |||||||||||||
| (8) | टी0जी0टी0 के पद पर चयन के उपरान्त रीजनल डिप्टी कमिश्नर, सम्बन्धित मण्डल द्वारा पुलिस सत्यापन के बाद ही सम्बन्धित आवेदकों को कार्यभार ग्रहण कराया जायेगा। | |||||||||||||
